Measure cooked brown rice (1/4 cup per cup of milk).
Measure filtered water (1 cup per cup of milk).
Combine measured ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
Makes 1 cup of rice milk.
Notes
Consistency of milk with these measurements is comparable to dairy, skimmed milk. adjust for the desired thickness.Optional: add 1/4 tsp of vanilla for added flavour. Adjust to taste.
